Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is the default, and you can create an account afterwards if you want order history.
What is Root Code?
Five dimensions, fibre, knit, fit, support and climate, that describe how a sock behaves rather than what it looks like. Every product page shows its Root Code, and you can filter by it.
What is The Roots?
An invite-only membership. It is free, and you apply. Members get early access, member-only collections and invitations to our dinners. Apply here.
Can I subscribe?
Yes, for the Everyday range. You choose your pairs, they arrive every month with free shipping, and you can change, pause or cancel from your account. See the Everyday subscription.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We ship across India from our factory in Umargaon, Gujarat. Prices can be shown in other currencies for reference, but orders are charged and delivered in India.
