Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Returns and exchanges

• Returns and exchanges apply only to selected products. Return eligibility and conditions are shown on each product page. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days.
• The return policy for any product may change without prior notice.
• If pickup is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
• Return and exchange charges may apply, on a case-by-case basis.

Conditions for a return

• Items must be unused and unwashed, for hygiene reasons.
• Items must be in their original packaging with the tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return and exchange requests not raised within the return period shown on the product page will not be accepted.
